· No one may ride without protective headgear. Riders under 18 must wear ASTM approved helmets with the chinstrap fastened. All showing riders must wear footwear with a heel. Spaghetti-strap tank tops and shorts are not allowed in the ring.

· Schooling will be allowed in all three rings on Friday from 10am-6pm and on Saturday from 6:30am-7:30am.

· Horse show office hours—Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday from 6:30 am to end of show.

· Current negative Coggins certificates dated within one year must be available upon check in. Please save time by sending a copy with your entry forms.

· Stabling is available on a first come-first serve basis for Friday and Saturday at a cost of $25 per stall.

· Bedding will be available for purchase both as pre-orders and during the show for $6 a bale.

· Tack stalls (space permitting) will be available for rental at a cost of $25 per stall.

· A grounds fee of $10 will be charged for each horse/rider combination who does not rent a stall.

· Unleashed dogs can be claimed in the office for a $25 fee and 30 minutes in the stocks for the owner.

· 6 ribbons will be awarded for each class. Championships and reserve championships will be awarded in each hunter division. A division is made up of two hunter over fences classes and the hunter under saddle. Prizes will be awarded for Champion and Reserve, and several other prizes will be awarded as well.

· The North Ring has first priority on Saturday followed by the South Ring. The Charity ring has last priority. If there are any timing conflicts between the three rings, please follow this order.

· If the South Ring finishes on Saturday significantly before the North Ring, management reserves the right to move Long Stirrup into the South Ring after the 3’ Open Hunter.

· Anyone failing to check out will be charged a $35 checkout fee.
